Custom millwork, cabinetry, and made-to-order products are subject to project-specific quotes and agreements. Payment terms for custom projects will be outlined in your individual project proposal.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. For custom projects, deposits may be required to commence work, with the balance due according to the milestones outlined in your project agreement. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery
For stocked products, we will process and ship orders in a timely manner. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. For custom cabinetry and millwork, installation and delivery timelines will be specified in your project agreement. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather, or supply chain disruptions.
Returns and Refunds
Returns of stocked items are subject to our return policy, available upon request. Custom and made-to-order products are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the property of Ariaza Custom Interiors, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
